Terms of Service

The service

wkapi is a free loyalty wallet. Stamps have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred between accounts.

Who honours a reward

The partner cafe provides the reward. wkapi records the stamps; the cafe serves the free item at its own counter.

Stamp validity

One stamp per purchase, one tap per 20 seconds at the same stand. Stamps expire 12 months after the last activity on that card.

Claiming

A claim window stays open for 5 minutes and works once: the cafe confirms it by typing its code, or you tap its stand. Cards reset to zero after the reward is claimed.

Fair use

Stamps obtained without a matching purchase, or through tampering with a stand, may be removed and the account suspended.

Changes

If a cafe leaves wkapi, new stamps stop at once and its full cards stay claimable for 30 days. We will notify you in the app.
